The hot melt glue machine manufacturer analyzes how to solve the problem of the air pump motor not being able to dispense glue! If it is a newly installed machine, it may be due to a vacuum in the hot melt glue circuit. At this time, please remove the nut of the hot melt glue pipe joint and let the machine run to expel the air. Once the glue dispenses normally, reattach the hot melt glue pipe to the locking joint nut.

1.First, check if there are any issues with the temperature control and heating device of the hot melt glue machine:
2.Check whether the main unit of the hot melt glue machine, hot melt glue pipe, and hot melt glue gun have reached their set operating temperatures. Usually, each component has its own heating system with a set temperature value. If there is no temperature in the hot melt glue gun, pipe, or main unit, it will lead to instability and issues such as inability to spray glue or very low spray volume.
3.If operators do not add glue in a timely manner during use, it will cause a decrease in liquid level at the suction point in the glue tank of the hot melt glue machine. Subsequently adding a large amount of new glue will cause a significant drop in temperature within the tank as it absorbs heat from newly added adhesive, resulting in increased viscosity and poor flow properties of the melted adhesive, making it temporarily unusable. Therefore, under normal conditions, the liquid level of adhesive in a functioning hot melt glue machine's tank should be maintained at one-fourth.
4.Check if there is regular cleaning of the adhesive tank and large filter mesh combination used with the hot melt glue machine. If not cleaned for an extended period or repeatedly heated without cleaning, carbon deposits may form inside the tank. This can easily clog filters or nozzles. It is recommended to use paraffin for cleaning or use new adhesive to flush out carbon deposits.
5.Some hot melts may have quality issues due to outdated production equipment during manufacturing. For example, unstable reaction temperatures or low filtration precision during production can lead to quality problems with hot melts themselves; therefore, choose reliable quality adhesives and manufacturers.
6.Check if there are any signs of leaking adhesive at relevant connection sealing points on the hot melt glue machine.
