1. The PUR hot melt glue machine is a special type of hot melt glue machine equipment, as PUR hot melt glue cannot come into contact with air; the hot melt glue is sealed within the machine. When the PUR hot melt glue machine is in operation, it does not require drying or auxiliary drying equipment because the hot melt glue is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, thus not causing any environmental pollution.
2. The PUR hot melt glue machine can be used with various automated production lines. In woodworking machinery, it is commonly used in conjunction with coating machines.
3. PUR hot melt glue can perform low-temperature spraying operations, which saves energy consumption to a certain extent and is suitable for bonding heat-sensitive materials.
4. The PUR hot melt glue machine is easy to operate but has a long service life, with excellent heat and cold resistance characteristics. It is mainly used for bonding paper boxes such as PVC plastic boxes, PET transparent boxes, electronic products, etc.

Machine Features:
1. It adopts an integrated touch screen control panel that can be operated by touching icons. Modular design allows for quick replacement of parts for easier maintenance.
2. Composed of three parts: main unit, throat pipe (insulation pipe), hand/automatic glue gun. It has functions such as temperature upper and lower limit alarms, glue level detection alarms and inverter abnormal alarms.
3. Progressive heating melting: The glue barrel has two layers of heating plates; when the upper heating plate heats the glue to its melting point causing it to flow down to the lower heating plate which then maintains its temperature to avoid aging or deterioration from prolonged heating.
4. During melting the glue material is isolated from air: There are high-temperature resistant sealing rings between the lid of the glue barrel and its inner wall ensuring that the melted liquid adhesive does not come into contact with air to meet PUR usage conditions.
5. Teflon protective layer: The outer surface of the heating plate is coated with Teflon which makes it easy to remove any residual adhesive while effectively preventing carbonization of the adhesive ensuring optimal usage state of the adhesive and effectively preventing clogging in the adhesive delivery system.
6. Precision gear pump, precision return valve, inverter and motor are all processed using high-quality suppliers and high-precision machining center equipment ensuring quality assurance; equipped with variable frequency speed regulation and precision return valve self-feedback adjustment effectively controlling output amount of adhesive.
