1. When installing the hot melt glue tube, set the pressure value of the pressure regulating valve to zero.
2. When moving to install the hot melt glue gun, be sure to protect the nozzle.
3. Connect the hot melt glue gun to the hot melt glue tube; only after connecting the tube to the main unit of the hot melt glue machine can you turn on the power. (Note that when connecting, ensure that the threads are aligned to prevent cross-threading.)
4. The solenoid valve should be close to the nozzle position to avoid extending switch time.
5. During use, hang up the hot melt glue tube to avoid wear from moving on the ground.Especially for manual hot melt machines, they are basically hanging types which protect the hot melt glue tube and save effort.
