1. When installing the hot melt glue machine, a correct and effective grounding wire must be connected. Any equipment using high voltage electricity requires a grounding wire; without it, any insulated protective components on the hot melt glue machine may still form a voltage conductor, posing a risk of electric shock.
2. Check the power supply line used according to the load required by the hot melt glue machine and its peripheral equipment, ensuring that insulation protection meets regulations. The wire's load must exceed the rated power of the hot melt glue machine.
3. Ensure that the external voltage supplied to the hot melt glue machine complies with its specifications. For example, if a single-phase 220V standard hot melt glue machine is connected to a 380V power supply, it will damage the spraying equipment; if it is connected to a power supply lower than 220V, it cannot achieve designed performance and may also damage the hot melt glue machine. When wiring, ensure that its power line is correctly connected to the external circuit breaker.
4. Ensure that the hot melt glue machine operates at the specified voltage; using a different voltage may cause damage to the hot melt glue machine.
5. When operating the hot melt glue machine, do not place other items on top of it or use them as supports. Avoid operating near volatile and explosive materials or gases.6. When moving or lifting the hot melt glue machine, only use its base as a point of leverage; never use parts like the glue pot lid, electrical box door, electrical components on control panels, or joints on insulation pipes as aids for lifting. Improper handling can damage the hot melt glue machine.7. Do not operate or use the hot melt glue machine without appropriate protective devices, good insulators, or proper protective panels. Only trained professionals should disassemble and repair when maintenance is needed.8. Try to use in areas without fast-moving air flow. When exposed to rapidly circulating air, rapid cooling can affect the flow rate of melted adhesive from the nozzle assembly and easily cause stringing.9. When replenishing melted adhesive, add it when there is at least one-third of melted adhesive remaining in the pot to avoid adding when there is none left, which could affect normal production.
10. The amount of adhesive added must not exceed eighty percent of the total volume of the melting pot.
7.不要在没有适当的保护装置、良好之绝缘体或良好保护面板下操作使用热熔胶机，需要检修时只有经过专业培训人员方能够拆机维修。
8.尽量在无快速流动空气场合使用。因为热熔胶喷头组合暴露于快速流通的空气中时，因急速的冷却，会影响喷头组合之热熔胶流量，容易产生拉丝现象。
9.补充热熔胶时，应该在熔胶锅内最少还有三分之一的热熔胶以前加入，避免热熔胶锅内无热熔胶时再加胶，影响正常生产。
10.补充胶量不得超过热熔胶锅总容积的百分之八十。
