PUR hot melt glue machines are divided into two types: platen type and bag type (also known as 'melting tank type'). The platen type PUR hot melt glue machine mainly uses barrel-type PUR hot melt glue. The platen has a sealing ring that fits into the glue barrel. Through heating and melting by the platen, it achieves a sealed state to avoid contact between PUR hot melt glue and air. The bag type PUR hot melt glue machine uses whole bags of PUR hot melt glue sealed and opened inside the melting tank. This melting tank is equipped with a sealing device that can fill with inert gas at a certain pressure to isolate the contact between PUR hot melt glue and air.

4. The outer ring of the adhesive plate sealing ring is coated with FEP fluoropolymer to ensure the sealing performance and durability of the sealing ring while effectively preventing deformation or rupture of the adhesive ring; it is also easy to clean.
5. The heating device of the heating plate can be replaced separately to reduce equipment maintenance costs.
6. It uses PT100 for temperature control adjustment for more precise temperature control; RS-485 bus control method provides timed on/off functions as well as energy-saving standby features.
7. It employs precision metering gear pumps combined with frequency converter-controlled motor operation along with self-feedback adjustment from return valves to effectively control adhesive output volume; delivery speed can be adjusted according to user needs.
