1. Do not operate the hot melt glue machine without protective devices, protective panels, and good insulators.
2. It is prohibited to operate the hot melt glue machine in the presence of volatile and explosive materials and gases, or when flammable and explosive items are stored around the hot melt glue machine.
3. When adding hot melt glue, it should be done when there is at least one-third of the glue remaining in the melting pot, and the amount added must not exceed four-fifths of the total capacity of the melting pot.
4. The hot melt glue nozzle assembly should be kept away from rapidly circulating air.When encountering cold air, it will cool rapidly, which affects the constant temperature and flow rate of the hot melt glue nozzle assembly, easily causing stringing phenomena. Therefore, it is better to use it in conditions where there is no rapid airflow.
5. If maintenance is needed for the hot melt glue machine, please have trained professionals disassemble and repair it; do not attempt to do it yourself to avoid danger.
