1. After connecting the power supply to the machine with the rated voltage, turn on the heater power switch, and the heater power indicator light will turn on immediately.

2. Adjust the temperature controller of the glue tank to 150-180℃, and set the temperature controller of the glue delivery tube and coating device between 160-180℃. The above temperatures are for reference only; actual settings should be based on the melting point of the hot melt adhesive. This completes the preheating procedure for the heater.
3. After preheating for 40 minutes and ensuring that the hot melt adhesive in the glue tank has melted, when the motor start indicator light is on, you can turn on the motor power switch and then adjust the motor speed adjustment knob to reach the desired working speed. If the motor does not rotate, please wait until the hot melt adhesive is completely melted before turning it on.
4. Adjusting the glue delivery amount of the pressurizing device: turning clockwise thickens it, while turning counterclockwise thins it; adjust to achieve the desired amount of glue.
5. Shutdown sequence and method: First, before stopping work for 5-10 minutes, please turn off the heater power switch to lower the temperature of both glue roller and glue storage tank to prevent carbonization of hot melt adhesive on glue roller. After turning off heater power switch for 5-10 minutes and allowing temperature to drop, you can adjust motor speed adjustment knob to zero and then immediately turn off motor power switch. Finally, turn off input machine power supply to complete shutdown procedure.
