     PUR hot melt adhesive is a moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, free of water and solvents, and is a high-performance adhesive that meets international environmental standards. It is more water-resistant, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, and creep-resistant than ordinary hot melt adhesives. Its melting point is lower than that of ordinary hot melt adhesives, making it suitable for bonding certain plastic parts.

     To suppress the reaction of PUR hot melt adhesive, the PUR hot melt adhesive machine heats and melts it into a fluid state, which is then sprayed onto the substrate. The bonding of two substrates waits for the PUR hot melt adhesive to cool to achieve adhesion. Subsequently, a reaction occurs with the moisture present in the air and on the surface of the substrate, generating a high-strength polymer with strong adhesion.

     PUR hot melt adhesive has excellent performance and is suitable for bonding different materials with significant differences, such as MDF, aluminum alloy, plastic steel, marble for coating or adhering PVC, wood veneer, CPL, acrylic materials. It has a wide range of applications and is mainly used in refrigerator sealing and filling, air filter industry, automotive interior lighting industry, vacuum-formed boxes made from PVC, PP, PE, ABS materials; refrigerated packaging; building materials furniture coating used in conjunction with coating machines.
