4. Melt the hot melt glue to make a tape that is 2mm thick, stretch it, and check if the tensile strength meets basic standards.
5. Place the hot melt glue in an environment below 0 degrees Celsius for 24 hours, then take it out; if it breaks upon tapping, it indicates poor low-temperature resistance. Place the hot melt glue in an environment above 40 degrees Celsius for 24 hours; if it becomes soft or sticky, it indicates a low softening point.
Methods for selecting an appropriate hot melt glue machine:
1. Choose a hot melt glue machine based on the characteristics of the hot melt glue. For higher viscosity, select a gear pump hot melt glue machine. For lower viscosity, you can choose either a gear pump or piston pump hot melt glue machine.

3. Choose an appropriate melting speed and tank capacity (melting cylinder) based on daily or hourly adhesive volume to avoid insufficient melted adhesive when needed.
4. Select an appropriate hot melt glue machine (main unit) based on spraying effects. If the spraying effect is scraping (like double-sided tape), you need to choose a gear pump hot melt glue machine; if it's dot, strip, or spray effects, you can choose
