Their working principle involves a motor driving the gear pump to rotate. When the gears of the gear pump rotate in one direction, hot melt adhesive enters the suction grooves. As the gears continue to rotate, hot melt adhesive is drawn in from both sides and expelled; when gears re-engage, it squeezes out the hot melt adhesive from within the grooves through pressure into an outlet pipe for quantitative discharge. As long as the pump shaft rotates, gears will push out hot melt adhesives towards the outlet side; thus high pressure can be achieved at the pump outlet. This is a core component of the entire equipment. The method by which gear pumps deliver glue is suitable for high-viscosity hot melts. As long as the quality of gear pumps is good, they can effectively dissolve high-viscosity CPS value adhesives.

1. The required coating effect: For example, dot (round dot), strip (line type), spiral spray (atomized filament), fiber, injection glue, scraping glue (double-sided tape effect)
