The fiber spray gun is mainly used in the composite industry of wide-width materials such as material composites, non-woven fabric composites, medical surgical gowns, industrial protective clothing, garment accessories, and automotive interiors. Below, we will introduce the characteristics of the wide-width hot melt adhesive fiber spray gun.1. The fiber spray gun (gun body) is made of specially formulated aluminum alloy material, which has advantages such as high density, good thermal conductivity, and strong wear resistance.
2. The overall gun length is 2000 MM, using a combination of 50 0MM*4 to ensure that each group of guns is controlled by a single tube for glue supply, with good glue distribution and uniform output.In addition, each group of gun bodies is equipped with a separate filter mesh to avoid nozzle blockage.3. The spray gun nozzle (spray head) is made of special steel with a width of 30 mm and features a clip-type design for easy cleaning. The inner hole is processed with high precision CNC technology. Each nozzle has 5 glue outlet holes, each with an outlet area of 5mm and a total outlet area of 25MM. Nozzles can also be optionally configured in single-hole, double-hole, triple-hole, or four-hole specifications.
