For example, operating a hot melt glue spraying machine is very simple. The application principle of a hot melt glue spraying machine mainly utilizes high temperature to melt solid hot melt glue into liquid.And then through pressure devices and program control systems, the liquid glueis transmitted to the hot melt glue tube and hot melt glue gun for automatic spraying onto substrates. After bonding with the substrate, waiting for the hot melt glue to cool completes the bonding process. It integrates heating control, pressure devices, and liquid delivery functions into one machine for dispensing, spraying, coating, and applying glue. 1. First of all, before leaving the factory, the manufacturer of the hot melt glue machine has already set up the pressure device of the equipment; therefore users do not need to adjust it unless there are special requirements.
2. After connecting to the rated power supply of the machine platform, turn on the heater switch and adjust various parameter values (for glue barrel, tube, gun). The temperature is set according to the usage temperature of the glue; different glues may have different usage temperature values.
3. The main unit needs to connect with hot melt glue tubes and guns (the gun body needs to connect with air pressure and power signals).
4. After preheating for 30-40 minutes, check that the glue in the barrel has melted before turning on the motor power switch. Then adjust motor speed to reach required working RPM for normal operation.
